What we do

• Custom AI tools. We build tools for repetitive work such as bulk data entry, moving information from documents into spreadsheets, preparing official filings, bulk outreach and record cleanup. Every job gets its own quote.

How is a custom tool built?

1. We listen. You fill in the form or explain the job over the phone. No technical terms needed.
2. We send a quote. We map the job step by step and tell you what can be automated, with a quote made for you. If something can't be done, we say so plainly.
3. We build and test. We build the tool and test it on your real files. The job isn't done until you approve the output.
4. We hand it over. The tool is added to your dashboard, and we write a user guide for your team.

How do the SME plans work?

1. You choose a plan. Starter, Business, Growth or Professional. Every plan includes the AI Customer Assistant and the Booking System, and each higher plan includes everything in the plan below.
2. We hold a setup call. We learn about your company, your website and your accounts, then set up the products with your details.
3. The products go live. Your assistant and booking system start working on your website, and we run the other services in your plan.
4. You stay informed. We keep you regularly updated on your website, your social media and your visibility in AI tools.

Our approach to AI

We don't train our own language model. Our tools and AI-powered products run on large language models from an established AI provider. URİKEM's contribution is not the model itself but the instructions, form schemas, data flows and output formats designed for each job. We use different model sizes depending on the work: short, routine tasks run on a faster model, while long tasks that need reasoning run on a more capable one.

Our content and safety policy

• Outputs are drafts, not decisions. AI systems can produce wrong, incomplete or outdated information. You should check every output before using it.
• In sensitive areas, our tools state their own limits. Tools for health, legal and financial topics do not diagnose, recommend treatment, give legal opinions or calculate exact taxes. They are no substitute for a doctor, lawyer or accountant.
• Documents with formal requirements. For documents that must be notarised or issued in an official form, the tool only prepares a draft; the document's validity depends on the relevant authority.
• Don't enter personal data. Please don't enter third parties' identity, health or financial details into the tools. You are responsible for the content you enter.
• No advertising or tracking cookies. Our website uses no marketing cookies.
