This policy explains in plain language how your information is collected, what it is used for and how it is protected when you use URİKEM. For the legal details, see the Personal Data Notice (KVKK).

- We only collect the information needed to provide the service.
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
- Content entered into our AI-powered products is sent to an AI service provider located abroad so the result can be generated.
- You can ask us to delete your past outputs at any time.
- Our website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
1. What information do we collect?
Information you give us
- In sign-up and request forms: full name, email, phone, company name, the plan you chose and your message, if any.
- During setup: information the products need to work, such as your website and social media account addresses.
- At the payment step: billing details. Your card details never reach us; they are processed in the payment provider's systems.
- While using the products: the text and information you type into input fields.
- In support conversations: any information you send us.
Collected automatically
- Login times, session information and IP address — for account security and to prevent misuse.
- Your plan and billing period details.
2. What do we use this information for?
- Opening and managing your account,
- Setting up and running the products in your plan,
- Keeping track of your plan and billing periods,
- Sending status updates about your website, social media and AI visibility,
- Issuing invoices and keeping legal records,
- Responding to your support requests,
- Keeping your account secure.
We don't send you marketing emails without your consent. Transactional emails about your plan, payments and service status are part of the service.
3. Content entered into AI-powered products
When you use an AI-powered product, the text you enter is sent to the servers of an AI service provider based abroad, where the result is generated. This is necessary for the service to work; you give explicit consent to this transfer when the service starts.
Contractual safeguards with the service provider ensure that transferred data is not used for model training and is kept only for a limited time.
Tip: Don't enter personal information into input fields unless the job requires it. Avoid entering national ID numbers, health information, bank or card details, passwords and information belonging to third parties.
4. Who do we share it with?

We share it with no one else. We do not sell your data.
5. How long do we keep it?
- Account and contact details: for as long as the service lasts and for 10 years after it ends.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (as required by tax law).
- Content entered into products and outputs: kept while the service lasts and deleted at your request. Deleted automatically 12 months after the service ends.
- Session and IP logs: 12 months.
6. Cookies
Our website uses no cookies for advertising, tracking or profiling. Only one essential session cookie is used, to keep you logged in to the customer dashboard. It is deleted when you close your browser or log out, and does not require consent.
The website uses the Google Fonts service to load fonts; during this request your IP address is sent to Google.
7. Security
- The website and dashboard are served encrypted over HTTPS.
- Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are irreversibly hashed. We will never send you a password by email; you set your own password through a one-time link.
- Database and configuration files are kept in directories that cannot be reached from the internet.
- Data is backed up regularly.
No system is 100% secure; however, if a data breach occurs, we will notify both the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Board) and affected users within the time required by law.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to its processing and to be informed about transfers. For details and how to apply, see sections 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Notice (KVKK). For requests: info@urikem.com
9. Children's privacy
URİKEM is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we find that a child's data has been processed, we delete it immediately.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. If there is a material change, we will inform our customers by email. The current version is always published on this page.
